When you contact us as QCMS, we prepare a written service contract covering the services you have requested. This contract generally consists of 7 articles. The service period includes what we will do during the service as QCMS, our expectations from you, the service fee and payment terms.

For the certification service we will provide as QCMS, we prepare the documentation required by the relevant certification after mutual agreement. This preparation covers the certification standard and regulation specific to the company you are applying for. When the documents are ready, all usage processes are explained and delivered to the relevant personnel in your company. For the consultancy service we provide as an additional service, online training can be provided to all personnel if you wish.

Within the scope of the certification service, the requirement of the relevant regulation or standard is notified to you and we provide consultancy services to meet the minimum requirements in terms of both physical conditions and documentation.

At the end of all these processes, your document is now ready. We visit you for the delivery of the documents and record your satisfaction, suggestions or complaints about the works in the process. Based on these results, we are taking action to continuously improve ourselves and provide better service to our customers.
