COC CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE RECEIVED ONCE?

Certificate Of Conformity certificate is an export-based document. On the document; You will specify the export price, tonnage and invoice information. After your products pass through customs, the document will expire.

IF MY PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED WITH MULTIPLE VEHICLES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can ship the product you want to ship with more than one vehicle. When starting the certification process, you can mention this issue to our relevant expert personnel.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SEND MY PRODUCTS WITHOUT A COC CERTIFICATE?

If the document is not received, if your product is included in the document scope according to the GTIP code, your product will not be accepted at the customs to which you will export. You may suffer material damage, and you may lose your credibility in the sector depending on the disruptions in your exports. 

HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RECEIVE THE COC CERTIFICATE?

Each country’s Certificate of Conformity certification process differs. While the export certificate you will send to the Iraq region is issued in 10 working days, it may take 20-25 days to the Saudi Arabian or Algerian regions.

DO THE MANUFACTURERS GET THE COC CERTIFICATE?

The exporting company receives the COC certificate. It does not matter whether you are a manufacturer or a seller. For example; If you buy the product from the manufacturer and export it, we issue the document according to the information of you and your customer.
